Maybe someone stole your wallet along with your Global Entry card or maybe you have lost/damaged it? Don’t worry – the process to replace a Global Entry card is as easy as when you had applied for one.
Reporting a lost/stolen Global Entry card is a two-step process that will cost you $50. You just need to feel to follow the steps below and the whole process will take you less than 3 minutes.
By requesting the replacement card, the original card will be deactivated and no longer functional. Though it is not always required, you may be requested to go to an interview appointment at an enrollment center for your Global Entry card replacement.
Due to security, the cards are mailed in plain white envelopes and cannot be forwarded.
